I should have been a little more specific. When I said square, I was meaning to point out that nothing in the front end is bent or damaged.

Tomorrow I will snap a few pictures of the cam adjusters, along with a picture of the front end so you can put an eye to it.

Ok. IF your cam adjusters are good, the dummy doing the alignment had the reflectors mounted wrong. That could explain the Caster being 4*

Spec is

Caster: 2.13* (+/- .75*)
Camber: + .59* to -.75*
Toe: + .077* to - .108*

I have found that running the following is best on our trucks:

Camber: 0*
Toe: 0*
Caster: 2.3* to 3.1* (most of the time, 2.8* or more can only be achiexed with aftermarket UCA's that add caster)

I don't do alignments offten so with the Caster 2.3-3.1 seems a big difference. What would be the ideal Caster. You mention that 2.8 or more it hard to achieve. I am I correct in thinking more would be better? As in should we be aiming at 3.0?

My numbers with the same 5100 85" lift papabear has and I don't have any problems at any speed.I do have the driver's side 1/4" top plate by Toytec too if that means anything with the numbers.

Caster
Left 1.45
Right 1.54
Camber
Left 0.42
Right 0.32
Toe
Left 0.03
Right 0.01

I think 2.8* is ideal if you have larger tires, as you wont rub the rear of the wheel well. The more Caster you have, the less your truck will "wander", but off road, it will be more likely to have Bump steer.

Looks fine, though I prefer the Camber be closer to 0*.

do you know what i would do to have you working with me

I'm gonna go in this weekend to see if they can get my caster up a little more. Drove in and it is pulling left for sure. I have stock tires and JoeB has a bigger tire. I was wondering if the tire size makes a difference and how it effects the numbers. If I were to ask the tech to use JoeB's numbers, I wonder if it would be better, but he has bigger tires.

^ that ain't no joke. When I was shopping for jobs I just straight up wanted more than they wanted to pay. I had proof of my work in the lot, I drove it there.

Tires dont make a difference. If you want his numbers, tell them to set Camber at 0*

Also, people out here want verifiable experience....Something I dont really have. Being as most of my doccumented work history are accounting, and construction, my Resume hinders any possible work in automotive fields.
