My Rebuild

    After market grille, halo headlight, tinted windows
    This is my build and re build of my 2009 Tacoma access cab

    little bit about the truck

    Color: Black sand

    Motor: 2.7 I4

    Tran: Manual 5 Speed

    Got it with 53,000 miles

    nothing was done to it besides a double din touchscreen headdeck

    WHAT I DID

    Tinted the windows (OWN MY OWN TINTING SHOP)
    20% front
    20% over factory rear sides
    5% over factory on rear glass

    painted the stock rims black

    got 245/75/16 hankook dyna pro ATM

    Halo headlights black

    Black mesh grill

    tinted taillights

    I work in a small town about 35 miles away from mine and its deer heaven well i hit one at 60MPH

    cracked grill
    headlights were busted
    airbags went off
    cracked bumper
    all bumper brackets bend
    bent cross member
    smashed a/c Condesor
    bent fender in


    REBUILD TIME

    Brute force is building me a hybrid bumper for the front

    Same head lights

    same grill

    performance A/C conds.

    Cant wait for it to be done pics to come!

    Also after the rebuilt im installing a leveling kit with diff drop

    and wheelspacers :)

    Yes.
    I think my v6 was actually worse than yours post-deer. $13,000 in damage. Damn Wisconsin...

    Looks like the truck held up fine from the deer accident. Build is looking nice. Great color !!

    It will be sick when I'm all done with it it's been since oct 15 it hasn't seen the road it's been at the body shop for the past week and fastenal seems to have a problem finding my bumper from brute Frouce bumper company just waiting on that but I did a lot of mods black ac cons so you can't see it behind my new mesh grill. Did a relocate on my horns so you can't see them behind the grill.
