Hey y'all new to the yoga world and forums so wanted to say hand post a question but not sure where to ask it in the forums.......I've heard u get worse gas mileage with full syn oil in the 4.0 is this true and again sry for asking a question in this section

I don't think full synthetic oil affects mileage, at least I've never heard it. Octane rating has a huge factor in my taco's mileage though. Premium pays for itself in the form of at least 1 MPG better.

Welcome to TW. Changing the oil when necessary will make the most difference. I run full synthetic but I dont pay attention at the pump.
