All mine are still on... however I'm thinking about removing the "Toyota" above "Tacoma" on the tailgate and see how that looks.

mine lasted 1.5 minutes after my truck landed on my driveway. heat gun and peeled both in less than 30 seconds.

I'm about to rip the other 30 badges on this poor truck. Ill leave the Toyota emblems but thats it; "V6" "4x4" flaps "Tacoma" etc all coming off ..if you don't know its a Tacoma then it doesn't matter to you anyway.
that way ill feel like a grown up driving my grown up truck.

I dont remember the last time KBB had a checkbox for "OEM stickers"... resale will be affected ZERO.

De-Decaled and took off badges - replacing only the TACOMA and front emblem in black. I also took the LEER off the back canopy window -- haven't tackled the LEER on the sides yet - they seem to be set into the side of the canopy. I really like it a lot...

Everything on the box (TRD decals, chrome lettering of all kinds) was taken off the minute I the truck arrived at my house -- literally just long enough for me to grab my heat gun and tear 'em off.
The TACOMA on the doors lasted another week while I mulled it over.
The only thing left is the Toyota symbol on the grill, which will be Rattle Can Black as soon as I get to it.

My thinking with everything (not just vehicles): I'm not going to spend my money giving a company something which they willingly spend millions of dollars on. Unless a manufacturer walks up to me and pays me to advertise for them, I'm always going to remove every trace of corporate sponsorship from everything I own (I even stripped the brand name off my high-end plasma teevee).

Besides, like drsus said: "if you don't know its a Tacoma then it doesn't matter to you anyway."

I prefer no stickers. In my opinion, they look cheap. I had them removed prior to delivery. Then swapped out the 4X4 equation mud flaps for the plain black ones. (same reason)
I think the changes improved the look of the vehicle. So far, they are my favorite modifications.

    Stock for now.
^heatgun or hairdryer. Hairdryer may take longer, but your truck is still new,so it'll come off easily. Just heat up the decals and peel off. Any residue leftover? Just elbow grease, microfiber towel and water/goo gone.

Took me forever to debadge my celica rear with a hairdryer...it is an 11yo car so aged residue is a PITA. I prefer debadging the rear on the Taco, but keep the the 4x4 flaps and TRD decal

I took it all off a few days ago and have no regrets. I've already got alot of compliments with it this way.

    Looks good IMO

I've been thinking about removing the TRDSport stickers. And also considered changing out the rear mud flaps like this.

After coming across this thread last week I spent the weekend taking the TRD decals off of my bed. I have to admit - I was hesitant but I am IN LOVE with the new, clean look... thanks for the tips on removal, TW... but thankfully my truck was new enough that a fingernail and patience was all I needed (I did throw a bit of wax on the newly exposed pain just in case).

To the poster who wanted to take the LEER off of the rear window - I did the same thing and like the clean glass look as well. However, the residue was a PITA to get out. I tried Goo Gone but that did absolutely nothing - but reading the thread I used a rag with some gasoline on it and that did the trick.
