Inspired by other members here and how they made a mount for their Hi-Lift jacks, on the cheap. This was the primary influence on my take of pretty much the same mount:

    Parts:
There are two 3/8" bolts, one is 4" and the other is 4.5". I tried both lengths and ended up going with 3.5". It is plenty long and the others will eventually catch on something or someone.

    The build:
(use larger washers between the small 3/8" bolt and the bracket, these pics show a locking washer instead)

    Mounting:
I used an extra washer between the rail and the L bracket. When tightening the mount to the rail without the extra washer the bracket could end up at an angle and slip into the rail space. Even with the washers I had to make sure the washers didn't end up angled into the rail slot and the bracket was lined up correctly. It took a bit of effort to get the screws that hold the jack at the right length so the brackets wouldn't be bowed outwards.

All four of the rubber feet were used. Two between the bolt and the composite bed and two between the jack and the L bracket:

Mounted with the longer and shorter bolts:

Thanks for the compliments. The curtains were sewn by my gf. She rocks and loves going off-roading and camping.
