Line-Xd the rear bumper!

    3" lift, NFAB nerf steps, tinted tail lights, A.R.E. tonneau cover, painted grill surround and grill emblem black, black "Toyota" badges on doors and tailgate, all other tailgate badges removed, rear fender stickers removed, mud flaps removed, immryo's rearview mirror relocation bracket, bed lights,
    In an effort to "de-chrome" the truck, the rear bumper was the final piece. I don't like the look of the plain black bumpers and the color-keyed bumper looks okay but I think the Line-X gives it a tougher look.
    The pictures aren't great, and it looks much better in person.

    Nice work OP. Ever since I did the tailgate reinforcement mod and had it line-x'd I now swear by it!

    $175. I had to get it sandblasted before taking it to them to knock off the chrome and give the Line-X a surface to stick to, but I figured it would have cost me that much if I had done it myself. I figure I would have done it once, hated the results, had to try to strip it and redo it another time or two and it just looks better having been done professionally.
    I am VERY pleased with the end result!

    Neg. But good catch. ;)
