You don't have to take the cap out of the hub on Prerunners.
In this picture, the caliper is already out of the way.

Well, this is pretty easy on Prerunners, you just have to cross loose two bolts, making sure their heads are in line with wheel studs. It will fall on your hands easy.

Old bearing out. It was not really bad, It almost din't have grease. If I haven't damage it pressing the hub out, maybe I could regrease and used it again. Next time I will be more carefull.

Today I did driver side. Bearing race way had a little rust spot, which make it unusable again. After changing this side everything is quiet, no more humming noise.

Did you forget to put in a new dirt seal or just omit that step in the thread? or did you use the same seal and o-ring gasket?

I put a new seal, I put a pic of it. If you don't change the seals bearings are not goin to last.

What did your bad bearing sound like? Mine sounds like a helicopter is in the passenger wheel well. Noise does not get louder or worse in a turn though but gets louder with speed and quieter as I slow down. Not sure if it is my tires just being loud but I swear it wasn't this noisy a year or so ago. Hard to notice if it's been getting worse since I drive it every day and I'm just used to the noise
