I ordered an O2 simulator from Underdog USA. My money was accepted, but I have gotten nothing. No goods, no email status...nothing. It has been over a month now.

Does anyone know if they're going out of business or in trouble? It's not a huge deal because the credit card company will take the money back if need be. There is not much reason to believe they are scamming anyone; I haven't heard anything like that. But I can't get a shipment update from anyone there.

This would be the first negative thing I've heard about URD.

I'd suggest PM'ing Gadget, see whats up.

I didn't really know that I could message someone here for a reply.

I did use the URD website comment page a few weeks ago to ask about it, but got no reply.

Guess I'll have to try that and see what happens.

Yes! Did that a couple of weeks ago.

There's nothing wrong with asking others if they've had similar issues, and if not...good deal. I'm glad there's not a string of replies here from customers stating they're in the same situation.

I agree with that completely, but in the future, to avoid the smart ass responses, maybe put that in the OP.

URD won't rip you off. Maybe your order fell through the cracks or something. Mistakes happen but Gadget won't let you down.

This thread was never intended to provide information. It was to solicit information.
Besides, placing a phone call to a business at 10:30PM doesn't seem like a valid "concept".

true... reach out tomorrow. Gadget is a stand up businessman & an expert in Toyota performance. Not the kind of guy to screw you out of your $$$.

    Keep us posted!

I have had a few bad experiences with URD as well..

They were great to me a few years ago, besides waiting 3 months for a flywheel.

But my last experience was just plain horrendous, I ordered a modified MAF calibrator pre fit for my truck to enhance the AFR and such.. once I was told they couldnt tune it even though it was supposed to be plug and play and that I would have to tune it myself.. uh no...

I returned it and a month later even though it was un oppened I was charged a restocking fee... it took them over 30 days to even get my money back to me and didnt respond to multiple calls and emails about the RMA.

It was misrepresentation of the product and I will never use nor recommend them to anyone for anything.:mad::mad:

Well, I only commented on what was stated in your original post. I'm sure you're "solicited" information wasn't to attract and responses.

You did call a few weeks ago? Has it been a month since you called or a month since you ordered? How'd the phone call go? What was said by gadget about your issue? Why did you let it go for so long?

And no one is saying make the call right this second. We are all well aware it is past business hours from east to left coast.
