I use these mounts for my Ultragauge and my iPhone

I got my original idea for the "oh shit" bar RAM mount from this thread http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/93807-ram-gps-mount.html and I just looked to improve on it. I think I saw some "handlebar clamp mounts" for the rearview mirror which helped me along in the process of thinking up my rearview mirror mount. RAM does produce a manufactured unit that is stated to be a drop in replacement mount for our stock rear mirror but my research led me to believe it would not work for my truck.
    -----------------------------------------------------------
For the "Oh Shit" bar mount the parts are as follows:
RAM Mount RAM Double Socket Arm f/1" Ball RAM-B-201U
RAM Mount M6 Threaded Female Hole w/1" Ball RAM-B-273-M6U
RAM Mount Universal X-Grip Cell Phone Holder with 1-Inch Ball RAM-HOL-UN7BU
M6-1.00x60 Phillips Screw (Or similar/found mine at Lowes)
A couple M6-1.00 nuts (acts as spacer)
    M6 washer

    Instructions:
1.I used red loctite to ensure the bolt stayed screwed within the one inch ball. I cut off the pan head with a dremel once tight.
2.Screwing nuts onto the bolt act as a spacer to give the RAM bolt mount enough length and the washer ensures a good seating surface
3.The screw should screw directly into the "oh shit" bar mount factory threaded hole (mine did)
    4.The rest should be self-explanatory
    -------------------------------------------------------------
For the rearview mirror mount the parts list is as follows:
    Ram Base with U-Bolt RAM-B-231U
RAM Mount RAM Double Socket Arm f/1" Ball RAM-B-201U
RAM Mount Universal X-Grip Cell Phone Holder with 1-Inch Ball RAM-HOL-UN7BU

    Instructions:
1.Tube clamp should have a plastic spacer included. I didn't use it.
    2.Tighten around mirror.
    3. The rest should be self-explanatory
