Hi folks after lots of searching I could not find any post with an easy way to disconnect ABS/VSC on a 09 TRD Sport with VSC. I used the same plug listed on the post linked below. Pin 4 on the 09 TRD Sport with VSC is a green wire. I cut it and installed a switch on the dash and connected it in line to interrupt the signal. With this method you can turn off ABS and VSC at will while driving..I tested it and found no issues..works well...here is the link to the plug using a previous post for TRD Off Road models..

On 09 TRD Sport this wire is green. I cut it and ran through a dash switch. Abs and VSC can be switched off on the fly.

    +1.

There is a thread on how all of the traction control systems work, which is the long version.

The short version is just push and hold down VSC for a few seconds until the light comes on. Repeat this step to turn it back on.

I got stuck twice because the vsc turned back on after I had already turned it off. Having it kick back on while your trying to dig out of a rut is not fun.

Sounds like you just pushed the button and didn't hold it in for 5 seconds

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
    Here's the write-up I did with pics.

By doing this mod, does it keep the Auto LSD in function or it cancels everything brake related?
