Put both of them in the woods and see who comes out on top! That ram may be "good" in the sand but in the woods haha good luck

Yeah I feel like the only key factor that the dodge had was the interior and capacities... other than that i thought the taco won outright..

Dodge. HA HA. Wait a year and it will be falling apart. It will also only be worth about 45 cents.

The cost of ownership alone would deter me from purchasing the Ram.

That, and the interior is just fugly.

I like the interior myself. Although prefer the full console and floor shifter option. That and the F150 have the best truck interiors IMO.

Ford and GM probably backed out because they knew they would lose.

$7k is still a fairly substantial price differential.

Still kind of a dumb comparison but then again its pick up truck of the year not best off road truck of the year. Perhaps they're looking at the overall truck.

The review, as a whole, is going to be bunk to begin with. You're testing a full-sized pickup against a Taco. If you're mainly looking for towing capacity and interior room, you should be looking at the Tundra, not the Taco. For those of us that don't want to drive a bus around town and don't need to tow a yacht, the Taco is hands down the better truck. Not to mention holding value and reliability.

I do agree with them on some points - the Taco certainly lacks plenty of creature comforts that should be in a $35k truck, and I'm sure the Ram is very nice in the interior.

TRD rock warrior Tundra vs. the Outdoorsman Ram, then it would be a real comparison.

They tested the 6MT. The table at the end had a typo that stated Auto.
