Looking for Fog Light Clips - Any Help?

Hey guys,

I need to find two of the small black clips pictured below. They are used to secure the fog light housing to the bumper by the adjustment screw ball joint. It seems to be a part that is not sold separately by the dealer and I searched hardware stores with no luck, If anyone knows where I can find these or someone has a couple these laying around, please contact me.
