Need opinions For My First Tacoma

I just bought a 2009 sport double short bed with hood scoop.It is black and I don't know if I should go with the all black westin bull or the black and chrome skid plate. There is also straight chrome. Then there is the nerk bar. All black os chrome with balck step. And I guess since I am here, There is the whole problem of picking a head unit out. I would like dvd,nav,and bluetooth that dosn't break the bank. Wife would be pissed more than usual. Any thoughts wold be great.


P.S.
I don't think I can put the seats up in the back if I put a speaker box in. Am I corrct on this.

I personally hate bull bars. I think they look out of place and lose your ground clearance

 

I agree no bull bar.... go with just a light bar insted... but I would do all black if I were you. Oh welcome to the site by the way!!

 

No on the bull bar. I like all black but you could be different and do chrome since everybody seems to be going all black on black vehicles now.

 

What kind of light bar?

 

N fab one is the best in my opinion. Inexpensive too. I would put the link or pic right now but my right click isnt working for some reason

 

Cheap: BLHM (Black Headlight Mod) Run a search it'll pop up.
Deff black out... looks a lot better.
I'd also black out the bronzish center or do a Satoshi grill mod (again search, it's badass).
As for dvd/nav... that's still on my list. Sweet new taco btw, congrats!

I still haven't done the badges but I dunno if I want to yet lol. You got a step up as you already have color matched parts

 

got to say the obligatory "whatever makes YOU happy"........BUT........it depends.....

on this forum by going all black you are just going to look like everyone else. It looks good, but you are just gonna get lost in the crowd......

BUT of course you may black it out and be the only Tacoma in your area of Kentucky with that look.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO, you just need to ask yourself.....

"What will make me happy?"

 

I think that the bulll bar would be to much with the height I have now.
