Hey everyone, I am looking at some dual sub enclosures for some 10" subs to fit behind the back seats of my 09 double cab, and I was wondering; do the enclosures let the back seats go back all the way? Because to me it doesn't look like there is near enough room for them to fit back there without the seats being folded. Thanks!

It will vary according to the manufacturor. Be smart and just get some from MrMarv and be done with it. His fit nice and tight and allow your seats to be upright. Speaker choice will affect this though. Give him a call to check on fitment and speaker recommendations.

    In my setup ( marv 10" )
It's a snug fit when the seats are folded DOWN .. My seat touches the sub foam surround thingy ever so lightly. I would never play music loud with the seat down.
I have my plastic removed off my back seat and covered with 1 layer ensolite foam.

But when the seats are up in the Normal position, no problem, you have a couple inches clearance.
The easiest way to put the box in is actually to have the seats removed, that's best..
Otherwise, i'd recommend two sets of hands for instal of the box and I had to fold the seat partially down , then slide the box in because it doesn't like being there with the seat folded all the way down.(it may be touched by the seat )

Not sure about your box and how much space you'll have, but there are some tips for you if you have any issues.
for a full back wall enclosure though, I'd just take those seats out, it's not complicated. Removing the seats will save you hassle in my opinion. Plus, then you'll know how to take your seats out if you want to get crazy with sound deadening or anything similar. :)
I believe it takes just 2 sockets. I just have a socket wrench handy to get the screws loose ( 5-7 total I think ) . Then I have a drill attachment and I use that to finish the job so I don't have to do it by hand once I get the bolts loose.

here are some visuals for you.

    Partially folded down seat..

Seat removed during prep and install..
I also removed my seat, because I ran power wire under the seats in a safe run.

Amp and sub in.. Seats up.. very easy fit. Yes, seats "lock" into place and everything. ( in my setup* )

Acozzens, I notice in the above pic that the seat backs are separated.
I wrassled with the seat backs like a buffoon to get em outta the truck when I pulled the interior. so the seat backs (60/40) just come apart so easy? Mine share the middle bracket.

Yeah... they share just 1 bolt in the middle of 'em (pretty sure).
It's the BIG bolt if I recall.. i didn't know what I was doing, but just followed the black brackets and unscrewed 'em where appropriate and that sucker came out.. did it by myself, but as always a 2nd set of hands would have been nice, but not required.

The 40% seat is wobbly if you only remove the 60% side since they share that bolt. Yes, it was "pretty easy" and "very helpful" to have the seat out for sure.. From my memory, the hardest part was juts gtting in there with the socket wrench to loosen the bolts.

Look forward to checking out your "JAM LIST"...
I haven't grabbed the ones recommended above, but i'm going to.. I'm stuck in 1999 and earlier so it's nice to hear what other people really recommend as it helps me to branch out from my customary purchases.
