When I am braking, I feel the steering wheel vibrate and it also makes the right side of the dash board rattle... Do anyone know how to fix this?

When the steering wheel shakes while braking, this is usually a sign of warped rotors. Either get them resurface or buy new rotors.

    DO THEM BOTH

Take the rotors to your local / respectable shop and have them checked. You might only need them to be 'turned/resurfaced' vs buying new ones.

You will need new pads. NEVER put old pads on new or newly resurfaced rotors

+1 with emphasis on the respectable shop. I'd stay away from the quickie break shop places. They always seem to tell you your rotors are out of spec and too thin and need to be replaced.

The Checker Auto by me has a rotor lathe and they were really cool when they did mine.

The problem with resurfacing rotors, is that they lathe a layer off the rotor, and ensure its perfectly perpendicular.

That leaves the rotor with less metal. If you brake hard alot, live in a hilly area/high traffic area, the increased heat, with decreased metal to absorb/disperse the heat, results in rotors warping again...

Its a reasonable fix, if its newer rotors.

If they're old and you have significant wear, then its a bandaid fix.

If you have them resurfaced, make sure they use an on-car brake lathe. This will compensate for the run out in the hub. When I worked at the yota dealership I had to this same issue until I used the on-car brake lathe.
