Alright guys, so understandably most new taco's have power windows, mirrors, cruise control, etc... personally aside from 4x4, my taco is pretty plain jane but I wouldn't have it any other way. In my mind, the more gadgets you have, the more there is to break. so give your opinion as to what you prefer, more toys? or just more hassle?

Wut. I'd rather have manual everything, I really don't like the electronic 4wd switch but don't want to spend the money to pay Wyatt to do the dual stick conversion.

I love tech.... unless I can't fix it, which means my truck... HAHA fml but I would hate to ROLL my windows (had an old turcel) it isn't fun and a minor annoyance

I like to have at least the basic technology in my vehicles. Dont need all those fancy back-up sensors and things like that though.

I enjoy the basics of my truck. However, having to roll my passenger side window down DOES get a little annoying. Other than that, meh

    Power everything here.

Toyota uses Denso for many of their electronic components, and they're very high quality electronics. Not to mentioned they're owned by Toyota.

I look at it and base it on frequency of use.
    -Windows, you bet.
    -Cruise, no doubt.
    -Seats, don't care.
-Back-up camera is nice but not necessary.
-Never had blue tooth but that paired with steering wheel controls are my favorite gadgets.

I wouldn't mind it if my Tacoma had manual windows and door locks and what-not. I would kinda like to build some half-doors for the summer time. Tell me to "Get a Jeep," but I don't want half-doors THAT bad!

The way I figure, having to roll a window up or down is an extra pain in the ass during driving which just holding a switch to accomplish really is nice, and I am NOT a lazy person, so +1 for power windows. My dad also had an old turcel with manual windows, and it just seemed lame. Steering wheel controls and backup camera is more of an added convenience, no big deal. +1 for cruise control, that helps when I need to stretch my leg or my foot on long drives.

I'm 53 years old...my days of cranking windows up & down are long gone. and if it doesn't have the key fob thingy to lock & unlock the doors...I won't drive it.

I like all of the snazzy electronics, but I would prefer manual 4x4 actuator.
