So as most of us know we have quite a bit of cupholders in our stock tacos, but for those that don't know I drive a base model 2009 taco AC. But basically out of the "13 cupholders" 10 are meant for bottles, but 2 can fit drinks comfortably and depending on the cup size the others can also fit cups.

I'm actually heading to Vegas from Los Angeles this weekend and wanna try filling them up, cuz I'm gonna be freakin' thirsty! haha

So, my question is... has anyone filled these up?? or attempted?

(reposted since I'm lacking the ability to post in the right thread haha, although if anyone would like to sell them there are quite a bit of buyers)

Yes? What it's not worth that? I'd gladly give that and my buddies first born.

Shipping would most likely kill the deal. Mine are 24K Gold with a douchebag lining. They weigh like 1200 Lbs a piece.

Coming from a late 80's accord that has ZERO cup holders, I can appreciate the 13!

I keep the door cup holders filled almost all the time with bottled water. Nothing else really fits in there except for the .5L bottles. They are handy as a temp fix if you or someone else on the side of the road needs coolant due to a leak and their engine is overheating, if you ran out of windshield wiper fluid, or if you just get thirsty. I'm sure you can think of other reasons WATER would be useful. It's wasted space if you don't use it.

And yes, they freeze and unthaw during the colder times.

back in the good ol' days when men were men, my dad mastered the airflow throw to land the empty beer cans in the back of his truck. It may not be as cool, but maybe you could do a modern frosty adaptation?

There's thirteen of them? Maybe that's in the double cab models? Mine is an access cab, and as far as I know, there is only eight plus one can only holder for a total of nine? Mine is a manual transmission, so I do know the cup holders in the center console are a bit different configuration from the auto transmission models.

Two in each driver and passenger side doors, two behind the center console, two in the center console, and a smaller can only holder in the same place. so, nine total, or are there four more I am unaware of?

I just have this, my constant companion, and it fits fucking NOWHERE in the Tacoma except the passenger floor after my first corner or red light of the drive.

After reading this thread I had to take stock. Only one surprise.

    Front console
    can holder- can of coke
Conjoined cup holders- several lbs of change, cranium lamp, can of mustache wax

Console rear- an apple, "I'm gonna need another beer to wash down this beer" koozie

Driver door- tube of armor all wipes (being a diesel mechanic kills my interior) and a roll of
    Scott blue shop towels

Driver rear door- can of deicer, bottle of water

    Passenger door- bottle of lube

Passenger rear- flat black spray paint, 50 ft utility chord
