The ball joint on the UCA is hitting the UCA causing indents. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine does the same, when Camburg installed my spindles they made me aware of it. They mentioned its common binding with TC UCA's. For some odd reason its not that bad since they installed my spindles...bought my uca's in 05 so who knows if its still a prob.

Never had a problem with mine hitting. If you haven't wheeled it like you say that could be a problem. There has to be something a miss? Idk

Right. Maybe you have your frontend cranked up too high, I could see it making metal to metal contact driving down a crappy road or a speed bump to fast if thats the case. I just have a 3 inch on my truck and my angles don't look like that at all. Almost looks like a drooped pic.
X2 on more pics and info.

Sway away coils with probably a 2.5 inch lift if that. Rear with add a leaf is still higher. Will get more pics tomorrow.

I also get a loud squeaking noise when reversing out of the drive way at low speeds with wheels slightly turned. Same with going fwd some times. It has to be a slow slow crawl for it to make noise.

Hmm? Something's not right. How long have you had the tc's on it? Do you hear the frontend hitting while driving down the road?
    The other pics should help.

Your topping out the UCA and the misalignment is hitting the arm. Three options stop mobbing over speedbumps, reduce your preload, or get some limit straps.

Try regreasing your uniballs. Mine was dirty which caused the squeak when reversing and moving forward slowly. Hope this helps
