Look at parts yards, but other than that for a whole new door you would be pushing almost 1000$. You could have your door re-skinned.

Try to find a used door --car-part.com
Skin it but toor I-beam could be damaged as well as jamb. If you just replace the door the painter better be damn good to butt match the paint because if he Ain't blending the fender and rear door it will be mismatched. Unless the painter is damn good.

As long as the frame of the door wasn't compromised i think you can just replace the outside skin of the door.

I don't know if you have ever heard of LKQ, but they might have the skin for a really good price.

The frame under the truck, or door frame is bent ? If your talking about the rocker panel under your door that can either be pulled, or cut out and replaced. Cut out and replaced is the best way in fixing it. I think rocker panels are usually double panel so it might not be able to just be pull out. They actually sell the rocker panel from factory for this same reason. They are usually tack welded into place from factory and body work is applied to the seems.

As a licensed auto adjuster , just look at your photos it will probably be 2500 to 3000 thousand by the time you done , most time a clean factory built used door makes for a better repair, most of all make sure you take it to a good shop .
