The only 2013 that I have looked at was a Tforce and it had at least one blank but Tforce does not have locker. I saw a picture of a Baja on a dealers lot and it looked like they were all used. I will be adding some lights if I ever get my 2013 and am trying to think ahead of where I want the switch. If they are all used I would probably just throw the side curtain air bag switch behind the panel.

A Tforce is similar to a Baja suspension wise but is not a TRD. It is offered only in Black and has a light bar on front and one in bed with 6 total lights. It also has rock guards and black TRD wheels.

I have a Baja and I have (if memory serves correctly) 2 blank switches below the HVAC controls. I'll confirm at lunch.

    EDIT: Confirmed 2 unused switches

I know they are there. It is a little tougher access than the other ones.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Those are pretty easy to access actually. Pop off the ac controls then stick you hand in there and push the blanks out from the back. Routing wires from there is pretty easy also. Thats where i put a switch for my aftermarket light, used one of these http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacoma-marketplace/246690-09-switches-blanks.html

Blacked out badges, Tinted Tail Lights, Fog Light Anytime Mod, Sock Monkey Bedside Decal, Painted Wheels, 20% Tint on Front Windows, 886 Bulb Backup Light Mod, Plasti Dip Rear Bumper (temporary until I get color matched), Color Matched Grill, Front Emblem, Door Handles, Mirrors, Bilstein 5100 all around, front set at 1.75, 1.5 aal, Crossfab light bar with 3 Hella Black Magic 500s, TRS Retrofit with D2S Projectors and Apollo Shrouds, BHLM with color matched Bowls and shrouds, CSJumper LED interior kit, CSJumper LED switchback DTRLs and Side Markers, 17x9 -12 Offset Ballistic Jester Wheels, 255x75x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers
They are pretty easy to run wires too and you can get a factory type switch at Tundrapart.com. The easiest way to get the blank out is to run a drywall screw into the center of the blank and use the screw to pull it out. I very carefully pried mine out with a tiny flathead screw driver, but still scarred the dash below the switch a little. (Its more noticeable in the picture than in person due to the picture angle)

I have those exact switches. I got mine out with only a single impression to test fit, but I've been running with the blanks removed from my dash for the better part of 4 months now since I'm not putting the blanks back in. I'm waiting to install lights first.

I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the switches, especially at their price point, but they're the most OEM looking solution I've seen thusfar.
