Rear Leaf TSB Time Limit?

Dealer said must be done before 36 months / 36000 miles...is this correct?

 

According to the paperwork that is the deal. Some folks have gotten it done outside that or split the cost w/ Toyota...but the TSB itself says 3yr/36k.

 

Correct. Only recalls are covered at any mileage.

 

The TSB springs are just 4 crappy springs instead of 3 crappy springs

I just went through this with my dealer. I just bought a truck that was eight weeks past he 36 month limit, and the dealer refused service after i got it home. I havent heard back from the dealer after I called Toyota, apparently this is cut and dry. However, after talking with others on TW I would say the TSB isn't worth it. My buddy just had his done and it's still a harsh ride with sag.
