hey guys, so this morning im on my way to work and I noticed some kind of a sound coming from the front end. It literally sounds like a squirrel going ape shit but it only starts up when im going over 60kph. the weird thing is that it doesn't happen when I go over bumps or anything, only when im going above 60. Just for shits and giggles I looked under my hood, and no squirrel lol. Its just really fuckin annoying, and I dont have the slightest clue as to what it could be. Anyone have/had the same prbm before?

possibly your cv boots rubbing together?? my wifes 4runner did the same thing. after spraying them down with soapy water it stopped. once they dried off the were noisy as fuck. ended up replaceing them.

BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! oh man, I damn near spit my joe all over the computer screen  And I found out what the noise was by the way, just my damn hood pushing up and down on a rubber stopper was causing it. An easy fix luckily.

My uncle emailed that to me. Woke up to it yesterday morning. Hell of a way to start the day! But it got me laughing early...so it wasn't all bad.

OP...glad you found the problem and got it fixed!
