Thanks. Not that hard. Took me about 1 week to finish. The grille mesh is flat attached with zipties, nuts and bolts.

Here is mine with grillegraft front, it was easy, took maybe 2 hours.
Used a dremmel

Here is mine in the chrome surround I am still painting the spare chrome surround with Duplicolor Shadow Chrome to see how it turns outs. If its decent I will change it out





I used a dremel to cut out the old grill I have not painted the radiator or the rest of the non black bits behind it yet. I had to get to work, Total time from start to finish was about 2 hours

 

I'm sorry guys...

If I was doing this full time it would be a different story and I'd have a product for you already.

Right now I'm looking at a DIY mesh option for the 12 & up grill.

Something much more cost effective that what these other vendors are trying to charge...

It will happen. I just can't tell you exactly when.

That came out really nice! Flushmount looks so friggin good. I was thinking about ordering the pre-cut mesh from customcargrills.com. I talked with one of their reps and they've fine tuned the pattern based off of the grilles that Blackhawke88 has been making for the 2005-10's. I just don't have the budget to buy one complete.

 

No reason to apologize I would have loved to be rocking one of yours but it was not available. I always prefer to support small mom and pop shops but if its not available its not available.

You make a hell of a product just keep doing what your doing! when you get around to it I am sure that I will toss some cash your way.

 

It turned out better then I thought, I ordered it through truck alterations a vendor here on TW and got a good price on it

Now to get my welder and grinder out to start working on my kayak rack.
