Yeah... I'm gonna brag just a little bit. I spent all day cleaning on the truck (not that it was really that dirty) but now it sits cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealership. Everyone has certain things that are "therapy" to them and working on my truck has become "therapy" for me. I grew up working on cars starting at age 14 in my Grandfathers garage and have been working on them every since.

So it was either this or drink beer all day like I used to. This is a better option being a recovering alcoholic. ;)

Wow, looks good! I just did a pretty good exterior/interior clean today, but I need to get under the truck and get the undercarriage and wheel wells, since I really haven't done that in my truck's 15K life.

Wow... My truck has never looked that clean since I have owned it. I keep it clean, but nowhere near spotless. My engine really needs a cleaning.

I've been meaning to ask you... What kind of paint did you use on your roof? I really like how it looks!

Wow that's impressive. I have never thoroughly clean my truck like that. Would be nice to get underneath it and clean the engine bay.

He used plastidip. Talks about it in his build. Truck looks really good, wish mine would stay that clean

The roof was actually an experiment with a little known substance called plasti dip :p . I didn't know if I would like the look so I did it as an experiment with the intention of later having a shop put vinyl there. However, it has held up very well which has led me to have no desire to switch it to anything else. Been there over 2 years now and just recently I have considered maybe pulling it off and doing a respray.

Not really. I think it appeals to my meticulous nature. I just like to do things right. It also allows me to make sure there is nothing unusual going on underneath the truck.

I'm honestly not that anal... I went for 3 months during the winter without washing it at all if that tells you anything.
