My cross country drive

    A few weeks ago I drove across the country with two of my friends. My friend decided to move to Huntington Beach, CA to live with his cousin and asked if I wanted to take the drive with him and his brother. I've always wanted to do a cross country trip so I was all about it. We drove from White Plains, NY to Huntington Beach, CA in 6 days stopping overnight in Toledo, Chicago, Omaha, Denver and Las Vegas. We took I80 most of the way and I76 and I15 once we got out west. Heres some of the pics from my trip, enjoy.

    I had a great time and I would recommend that anyone who gets the chance to drive across our beautiful country should. I also couldnt believe the ridiculous amount of Tacomas I saw in SoCal...now i understand why half the people on this forum are from there.

    I've gone from SC to CA twice - both times was boring as hell. First time was with my grandparents and it took us 7 days, second time with my mom and it took 5 days. I was in early teens then. I'm sure i'd have a lot more fun if I were to do it now with a couple friends..

    yeah, im definitely glad that i did it after i turned 21 and with friends, otherwise it woulda been pretty boring

    oh the ghost city one is great, I really like while traveling checking out old towns, closed bases...they have a life of their own.
