    I use to own an 04'. It was a beast! I had put a big bore kit, bigger carb, and a Dyna FS ignition on it. It could pull the front end up in any gear....really.

    From the pics ive seen it doesnt look to be in bad of shape, prolly gonna rebuild the carb, order new jets, and see what shes got

    I have a KFX 400 which is the identical bike only green. The AC DVX 400 is also the same bike. Ive owned mine almost a year now, mines a 03. I'm doing the valves in it this week and cleaning the carb. It's great for trail riding and has plenty of power for what I do.

    I have an 09, which looks more like the LT-R450, and has EFI. It's a pretty fun toy, and goes good with the Yoshi RS-2 pipe I put on it. Nowhere near what my YZ450 was like, bat that thing was mental! I did a lot of research, and they are kind middle ground- more power that Honda 400, but less than a 450 quad. Reliable, have reverse, and good suspension, and take well to mods. I say get it.
