Racks For Soft Top

Hey everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I just purchased a 2013 dbl cab short bed and I want to put a topper on it and dont have the coin for a hard top. In looking at the soft tops for the Taco im really interested in them but I need a rack that will fit over the top of the soft top. I already own a Thule bed rack system and was wondering if this will work with any soft tops out right now? Thinking the soft top would fit underneath the rack as it is height adjustable.

 

I made my own rack to go over my soft top. Not sure if your rack system will work.
