I've owned both, I'd choose form over function. (O/R > Sport)

Off-Road is nice to have because of the traction aides. I had the Off Road and never used the locker because I never needed it. Sure, I used it to play with, but I didn't need it.

Second time around I went with the Sport. I can always add a locker later on if it becomes necessary. Until then, I'll just take the Sport.

As for the SR5 vs. TRD, the TRD is worth the extra money for the upgraded seats alone. Search around about that....

I have the off-road but mainly because that's what they had at the time and in the color I wanted. I will say that dealers around here tend to have a lot more sports and sr5's on their lots. The seats are worth getting the TRD package though whether it be sport or OR. As long as you're getting a Tacoma you've already made a good decision.

Get the DCLB SR5 and add a locker if you are hauling motorcycles or an AC Offroad

Sport. They look WAYYY better. Add ARB's and you'll get anywhere you want and look good doing it!
