I am planning on getting an A-Frame Toy Hauler like the picture below. I am told that Tacoma's have weak leaf springs and the back end will sag. They have a BAR SETUP that attaches to the trailer tongue that controls the trailer from moving from side to side. Will this also level the truck and the trailer???? OR do I need to put something like adjustable shocks to level it out????

Yes a WD hitch will help. I think those A frame trailers are fairly heavy.

It really depends on your tongue weight. Try setting on the tailgate with one or two or perhaps three people and see what it looks like and compare the weight. Also you might consider one of these. http://www.pullrite.com/pullrite_video.htm

You may get away with just a sway control bar and not a WD hitch. I tow my tent trailer and bed filled up and lose about 3.5 inches. With the factory rake of the truck the sag doesn't look too bad when loaded. I would put air bags on right now, but am planning in lifting it next year with Dakar leaf pack in the back. That should take care of the sag. And I believe airbags won't fit with a Dakar leaf pack.

My tongue weight would be no more then 700 lbs. with my 400 lb. ATV loaded. The trailer without the ATV weighs about 2,200 lbs.

    Do you mean like this??

Will it also level the trailer to the truck??

That is way too much tongue weight for a 2200 lb. tow. Also it is overloading the tow hitch on the Toyota which is a max of 650 if you have the max. hitch they offer for a Tacoma. The proper tongue weight should be a max. of about 10% of the total weight of the tow which would be about 260 lbs. in this case.
You might look this article over.
    http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/how-to/repair/the-right-way-to-tow-a-trailer
If you are going to run that much tongue weight you will definitely need to make some changes by adding either beefed up suspension or some sort of weight distribution hitch or both.

Looks like a cool little trailer. I agree that tongue weight is high though. Buuut, load everything in the trailer to the rear?
Not saying it's ok, but I'v had my trailer loaded with a huge amount of garage stuff, tools, welder, ect. I know I was over loaded, tongue weight must have been over 700 lbs, Firestone ride rites, whew. Tacoma pulled it almost 200 miles, no real problems. Kept plenty of stopping distance, that was the only sore spot. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

That does not look good all most all of the weight of the ATV is going to be on the hitch and very little on the camper suspension. Does the camper place have a device to measure the tongue weight with your ATV loaded?

thats an equalizer hitch and it will level the truck out an inch or so. they work very well. it essentially transfers some weight forward on the truck

OP's question was about what he needed to do for levelling out the truck and trailer.

I would say better control with air bags has a lot to do with it.

Also a trailer like that should have trailer brakes.

I have trailer brakes on my ATV trailer.

The A-Frames do have trailer brakes.
The dealer says that I should not have any problems with the sway control attachment noted above. I do plan to put air bags on my Taco also.

If you have an equalizer hitch, trailer brakes and air bags, I would say you are well equipped to tow one if those. Post some pictures of the trailer when you get it. I've been looking at those for a couple years now
