Help buying used 2006

I found a used 2006 at a small dealer near me. Went to check it out today but the boss was gone and forgot he had the key in his pocket. lol No big deal. It's about 5 min. from work.

Anyways, I was just wondering if it's a good price and what I should offer.

It's a 2006 Access Cab, SR5, 4 cyl. Auto. Really clean. 130k

They're asking 9,500. What do you think I could get it for?

The only weird thing I noticed was that the frame under the bed looks spotless, like it's brand new. Could it have been replaced? Would that be bad?

Is there anything I should look out for before I buy it?
