Figured i would start one thread to keep track of everything and List parts im looking for and getting rid of as i go..

I do not have any pictures of the day i got the truck home but this is the first one i took this is after removing my mud flaps and Step bars (Both are for sale locally)

    image-16_59a7a7ccb99e25c21d509c05752cb0f271f06828.jpg

Yes i know its dirty.. Truck does not get cleaned very much cause it always gets covered in dirt in a day or two anyways..

After removing the bars and mud flaps i wanted to start getting rid of the chrome, I took most of the badges off (All but the texas edition stars on the sides and also blacked out my center caps and had a little fun with the grille

    image-9_7da99ac8a50a7b956ab82e1cf0d9e0aee43f7ba9.jpg

The grille badge is off the tail gate

    image-18_841489c794690f2f43b91a9429b4d57813279b92.jpg

Next was tinting the tail lights... I wanted all 3 the same but the rear lights were a little darker then i thought they would be and just to have some extra light out of the 3rd brake light i went pretty light on the vht tint

    image-7_4573862d9b046ebed5d3e8ada6f9e610c92a2b97.jpg

It took alot of reading and time for me to talk myself in to trying the BHLM Gathered up the materials and figured i would give it a go...

    image-12_d8a1910fd252315121d32fc0e8d2df7f525bcd8c.jpg

Not the best picture but i had to take one... Nothing like putting your headlight in the oven... i was really unsure of trying this lol
    image-13_b8c343e0759c96c7953c581e20f3043ddb9b07cb.jpg

All of it apart... was not near as much of a pain as i thought it would be

    image-11_59517dd69be2c7811f527a3b9b0ca2c94b0c949e.jpg

    Side by side...

    image-10_ba89239bfda5ca7bd017263b6defb9cb6ac96d04.jpg

And all done sorry i know first picture sucks but didnt get a head on picture during day light

That is all the mods i have done for now But i plan on doing a extended travel setup just working on the money issues.. Also may be going with different wheels to get the backspacing that is recommended for the kit i am putting together ... If anyone is interested and has some 16x8 wheels with 4.75" or more backspacing i might trade for my Texas edition wheels they are in perfect condition only 17k miles tires still like new tread wise.. but the side walls have been rubbed on rocks so they are scuffed..

for the susp. i am pretty sure im going to be going with

    Camburg Uniball UCA
    Icon Extended travel coil overs

Rear some kind of AAL I think with unknown shock but going to be running a resi in the rear not up front

Going to run 33'' BFG T/A Tires

Lights i am unsure... I really want to keep my truck flashy i may run a light bar that mounts using existing holes and just sticks out of the cover to run 4 Hella's or the likes... But also thinking about running a LED bar in the existing lower vent ...

Also going to be getting bed shell in the long run.. I Love the look and want it for camping trips... But I want my extended travel more so that wont happen any time soon

Anyways here are some random exploring pictures for now

I was given a jeep grand wagoneer today (don't know what year will find out tomorrow when I go check it out) so my tita is now going to be getting slightly less work done to it and what I am going I do will be cosmetic and for towing and hauling gear/camping.. Works out cause now I can tear up something other then my new truck and I can do actual 4wheeling since I will have a 4x4 ! Will post some pictures tomorrow rebuilding carb tonight.. First time to do it will see how it works
