    Hey all,

I'm taking my lady up to sedona tonight - just wanted to see if anyone was going wheeling up north this weekend as I might tag along! I could drive up to Flag sat morning too if anyone is around :D

Probably won't get there in time for anything today. Figured I would roll down Schnebly Hill instead of the standard route. I heard it's a light trail but nice view. Anyone cruiz down that before? Any tips or areas that is worth diverting from the main road? Having trouble visualizing it.

Its not really a trail.. just a rough. Shitty. Back road into Sedona. I take the highway from schnebly instead of that road. Just my .2¢

Great views, but you have to deal with the Pink Jeeps. A bit of a rough road from Sedona to the top which is about 5 miles. Once you get to the top, its Forest graded road. Its a shitty graded road when the red clay gets wet. Th views out way the roughness of the road though. I proposed to my wife near the top 2.5 years ago at about sunset.

You could atleast take schnebly road back to hot loop trail.. its right at the point where schnebly starts to drop off and make its decent. GREAT views from there. That way you get the sights but dont have to take the crappy road.

Heres a picture on hot loop off schnebly with the views...

Nice thanks guys ill check out hot loop. Sounds like I may not head up tonight after all but I appreciate the advice - no where to really stay everyone must be going up.

Nice spot for the proposal Brian! I hiked up this trail on the other side of the valley and did the same haha. Views were perfect she was stoked.

I ened up getting it recorded. There were a couple of people up at the top I asked if they would record it for me. Shehad wondered why I ran up to the top and came back down to follow her up.

I had a Saturn SL2. I went up Schnebly Hill Road. The road at the bottom has gotten worse over the last couple of years.
