I'm hoping to start collecting all the parts for my lift over then next while but am looking for some advice. My truck is a daily driver but is in the woods almost every weekend. I do fairly advanced offroad trails and exploring. Here on the west coast the trails are tights and technical. I will never jump my truck or require a LT setup.

so have a look at my plan and setup and let me know what you think works or needs changing and why. thanks for all the help!

I am aiming for a total of 1.5 inches of lift from factory to keep as much front wheel droop as possible

I have chosen the Icon E/T coilovers with camburg UCA's and remote reservoir

For the rear I'm a little uncertain about a few things. I'm decided on Icon ext reservoir shocks but i'm not sure if i need the 2.5 model or just the 2.0. As i mentioned I will not be jumping or hauling ass 5th gear foot to the floor over whoops in the desert like captain air time, but i do like to tear it up on some FSR roads from time to time as well as on power line roads, most of this with gear in the back (chainsaw, beer, camping gear coolers, tools etc)
I'm also unsure of what spring setup to use, I see the Icon expansion will give me the correct lift I want to achieve, but I have also read good things about the Wheeler HD pack. The thing is that I eventually would like to do the ATO shackle flip and it seems like the Wheelers pack is not compatible with the ATO kit.

Anyway let me know what your thoughts are. I will also add Wheelers bumbstops to the front and read with extended S/S brake lines on the rear axle.

For the rear, The Icon 2.0 RR shocks with the 1.5" AAL will be perfect for what your looking to achieve. The 2.0 with Resi will be able to handle what your looking to do. IF you were more high speed, I would say go 2.5's in the rear. With the Setup you have planned, The front won't be outworking the rear, and vise versa. Be a good balanced set-up.

The Icon setup is a top of the line performance suspension. Will really help soak up washboard roads on the way to your favorite trail. For the rear the 2.0s will work great. Do you know if you truck has the TSB Leaf packs or not?

To keep the lift minimal and avoid too much rake, the standard 3 leaf set will be the way to go. It will turn your stock pack into a progressive 6 leaf pack. Ride and performance will improve.

Yes, either the Icon or Wheeler's, with the overload removed.

    this and that...
icon fan here, i think youll be pleased with the extended travel coilovers. they do serve their purpose. if anything, i would recommend the 2.5 bodies because i heard some bad news on squealing with the 2.0s. from my truck pics, ive had a full icon setup in both pics. the small lift was non reservoired, the big lift is reservoired.
