Help me decide: tan or black softtopper on a 2013 MGM taco?

    So I've settled on a softtopper.

    I've got a 2013 mgm tacoma, which color will look better, tan or black? :cheers:

    Probably black, but if it's a darker tan then that might look better. If you have pictures of both that would help.

    Being that you live further north I'd vote black.

    If you were more south, then I'd say tan to avoid excessive heat absorption.

    But being so far north, that's not an issue and I think black will match the MGM better.

    On MGM, I'd vote black. I love the tan soft toppers but only on certain color trucks.

    Black, Tan will give you a two-tone look that people will think is the result of buying on CL rather than getting what you really wanted.

    I've seen a couple tan on MGM on here.. i think it looks good but, I think i've settled on black.

    Whatever you get, make sure you get a good UV protectant to spray on your topper.

    The tan gives more of the 'safari truck' look imo, if that is what you are looking for...
