How do you mount the two racks to the bed of the truck? I know I need to drill holes but how do you get around on the other side to tighten the nuts? I'm confused

Right underneath the factory track system. Either on the back of the bed or along the side. Whatever is easier.

Get some Tslot nuts that fit in the rails and use them. Thats what I did. My tslot nuts were 5/8-11 so I had to drill out the holes in the mount a little bit. As long as were talking the same mount. After googling...(drrr on my part) were not talking about the same mount. I have locrac. I'll leave my pics up unless you want me to take them down. Not sure how you would mount the 4xrac.
