Looking good, I am more of a fan of Dynamat but Stinger should do ok. What kind of box are you looking to do? Also, remember to run RCA cables and power cables on separate sides. Fuse your power cable and run a short ground to a clean point.

First of, i use the writing paper and put the cooking oil on it so i can see through and put it on the door to trace the pattern of the speaker baffle using the pencil . Transfer it to 1/2" MDF and cut it. Because it a triangle shape want to make the circle inside the triangle shape, i use 60 degree ruler to make the perfect triangle .

    Cut it with scroll saw

You won't get much out of 6x9s behind the seat, the highs and mids will be muffled and messy. From what you are doing I am guessing you are looking for loud and clear versus just heart stopping bass. A good set of 10s or a 12 in the back would do well. Add a component Kappa series in the door and maybe a set of kick panel pods and you will be set.

Since you have the skills I would mask a small amp rack, better to have them isolated from the floor

Is this hard to build it ? I measure the clearance from the floor to seat about 7" and cross beam in middle of cabin about 2" height , my amp thickness about 2" . Other question is if it bolt to the floor or amp rack is this hard to adjust it when need for tuning ?

    Please, be advised

    Thank you

If you go with just one 10 inch sub then you can make an amp rack/box combo for behind the seat and have a removable block to get to your tune settings. As long as you keep enough air flow for cooling then that would work well. I've never liked mounting amps under the seat except as a last resort.
