Anyone got some good mounting schemes to secure an amp underneath the driver's seat of a 1st Gen?

I tried some velcro but won't hook into the carpet.

I don't want to drill holes into the cab floor to bolt it down.

    Bone stock. For now.
I just velcro'd my Alpine MR500 to the back floormat and slid it under the seat. It doesn't move unless I want it to.

Outside of that you may be stuck with drilling.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
I replaced my old stock seats on my 95 with some sweet buckets from an '01. When I had the seat out I routed all of the wiring under the carpet and ran it into position under the seat. Then I cut a piece of 5/8" plywood I had hanging around so it would sit in snug under the seat without moving. The amp got screwed right onto the board and the wires attached. The size and shape of the wood, as well as the weight of it and the amp kept it in place.

If you're feeling frisky you can carpet the plywood so it looks good.

I drilled it under my passenger seat (3 screws/bolts) and used some hardening gel on the underside to make sure no moisture gets into the cab. The amp is just low enough that it clears the springs/wires of the seat and is tucked snug against the front lip so the chair can be slid all the way forward and someone sitting in the back still won't be able to kick the wires coming out of the back of the amp.

    Thanks guys!

Going to rip apart the cab and see what these ideas lead to.
