fiberglass, plastic, carbon fiber. Pretty much anything you want. Vinyl is easier to make and its much cheaper

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
I think they are plastic with some kind of double sided tape on them.

The ones I had were fiberglass and attached with 3M automotive tape. The only disadvantage I've heard about vinyl is that when the headlights are on you can see through the vinyl a little bit. But thicker vinyl or multiple layers would probably solve that.

Toyota Man on here makes them, its somewhere in the FS thread, search for it, they're pretty affordable and come painted w/ toyota colors already, double side tape installed. literally unbox them, peel red plastic off double side tape, apply to headlights, voila, eyelids.

I had a set for my 07, however it got totalled before I could install them, needless to say I was upset, they were perfect

    Check Ebay.

I tried by wrapping saran wrap over the headlight and forming the fiberglass that way. I added way too many layers though thinking they needed to be extra stout and by that point I didn't care anymore and bought some on Ebay for cheaper than the fiberglass/epoxy kit cost.
