Question about OME coil springs

    Bilstein 5100's on all four corners. Front set @ 0 with OME 883x coils. Alcon leaf springs. Viper Alarm. Wet Okole seat covers. WeatherTech Floor liners front and back. Oem Toyota chrome exhaust tip. ARE Shell. America Outlaw Wheels.
    I have a question to all of you that have any experience with the OME coils. I read a thread on here a while back that guys running the OME coils where having problems with the coils settling and sagging prematurely and did it apply to all there coils or just sir ten ones? Dos anyone know if OME has corrected the problem. If so did it correct the problem? I am thinking of getting the 883s. But I don't wont to deal with that issue. Any input and personal experience welcome.

    Got the new 885s got 3 full inches on an extended cab. After 10,000iles still got a full 3. Now the rear aal is a different story.

    From what I understand, setting the 5001s at 0 it will give you around 1.5 of lift. Its been to soon for him to tell me if its settled yet. I know I can get the same lift by setting the 5001s to .85 but preloading the TRD offroad coils may stiffen the ride. I am hearing that the 883s ride really smooth. :confused:

    I feel that the 885s were an improvement over the off road coils. But I like a stiff riding truck.

    I like the way mine feels stock. I just wont to get rid of the front rake with out making it too stiff. I know that any time you do a lift it will stiffen it. I just don't wont it too stiff.;) Thanks for your reply's.

    My 884s ride super nice paired with 5100s, better than stock in my opinion. No sagging in the 1 and a half years Ive had them on, ~30,000kms including hauling all of possessions across Canada.

    How much lift did you get and what setting are you at on the 5001s?

    I got exactly 2" with the 5100s set at 0
