Dirt King 05+ Tacoma LCAs Coming Soon

We are just about ready to release our Tacoma LCAs for the 2005+ models. After much research, design, and testing these are just about ready to hit the market. Here are some info on our Tacoma LCAs:

Our Stock Replacement Lower Control Arms are an excellent upgrade for those looking for a stronger more functional LCA. We designed these arms to run the uniball in the arm rather than the spindle which greatly increases your ground clearance. These will work on both 2wd and 4wd vehicles. We replaced the weak factory ball joint with a 1" stainless steel uniball for strength and more articulation. With these arms you have the option of running hydraulic bump stops. Unlike other companies we use Delrin bushing in our lower arms instead of soft urethane bushings which bind and flex when braking. These arms are considerably stronger than stock to withstand the abuse seen in off-roading. Our Stock Replacement LCA's are a direct bolt on part and does not increase track width or affect the turning radius. These are fully CAD designed, cnc laser cut and bent to ensure a quality fit. Our arms come fully assembled to save time and easy installation.

Will the bolt for the uniball clear the 4wd CV joint/shaft? Looks pretty tight in there

This lower control arm is by far the tightest tolerance LCA to date that we have designed and built. In order to have it clear the axle for 4wd we have custom bolts and misalignment spacers machined to obtain the needed clearance for the outer CV. The picture with the LCA installed does not have our custom machined bolt. We also use a custom machined uniball cup to to gain addition clearance that is needed to mount the uniball in the arm rather than the spindle.
