Had a rattle just like that on my 09 only did it at at low rpms. It was my cat. converter shield on the driver side broke there was a clamp type thing on the end of it that broke off and slide down the exhaust and was resting on the one of the crossmembers. Also check all the heat shields above the exhaust that bolt to the underside of the floor I had a loose one on the pass. side the bolt pulled thru the shield just a little bit I had to put a washer on it.

can't really hear it on my work comp, no external speaker...just the little one inside the comp, lol. But my 09 6sp has a rattle if the rpms are too low and you try to accelerate...like trying to start out from a stop in 2nd it is pretty loud...always blamed it on the skid plate or a heatshield but can never find the culprit...

With every model year of these trucks, my ears get worse, but I notice more rattles.
