    Was using my phone earlier as a GPS and a cop drove pass and looked at me...but he kept goin though.. so I am wondering can you get a ticket for using the GPS on the phone? has anyone ever got a ticket for using their phone as a GPS? btw its a good excuse eh or the ticket is strictly only for texting and talking without hands free? is the point to keep both of yer hands on the wheel no one does that anyway

    How did a Mountie pass you on a horse? Were you sitting still? in that case, I don't think you can get a moving violation.

    I'd bet most of those laws have wording that separates using GPS apps and texting. Something that specifies using a bracket.

    It's amazing how many people I still see texting after putting a stiffer law into place.
