I am going to be installing the bilstein 5100s all around, and adjust the front to level and get rid of the spacers. I also want to get a slightly bigger than stock tire (265/75/16), but was wounded if I need to add a 1" block for the rear... Will I need to?

I'm running 265/75/16 BFG All Terrains with stock TRD Offroad suspension and I have plenty room all around. You won't need a block to clear that size tire. Here's a picture of mine

I have 265/75/16 and had very very minor rubbing at full turn on the mudflap. Once I got 5100s set to 1.75 I havent had any issues.

Did you just level out your truck or did you do something to the rear?
