Picked my 14 F8 ADV up June 1st, great bike, great mileage, this model has a 6.2 gal tank. Fill up and forget about fuel for the rest of the days ride. Enjoying the forest roads of the Blue Ridge Mts.

Congrats on an awesome ride! Probably better power to weight ratio than a 1200GS with more maneuverability! Of the entire BMW lineup, I think the F800 line has the BEST stock sound. Although the 1200's sound GREAT with a full Remus system and a tuner. Did you get that in Asheville? I sure miss Kent out here at the Raleigh store, he's a good guy to know! Best Wishes! Enjoy that bike, bet it'll be fun on 226A (Minus the tar snakes!)

That is what I'd have if I won the lottery! For now, my DRZ will suffice :)

    Beautiful bike!
