'01 seat trim - three questions

I'm new to Tacoma World, the patient is an '01 Xcab that my wife just bought, after selling her '97. Truck's in really good shape, but needs a few fiddly bits to keep my wife happy.

I have three questions today. I need part #8 on the attached picture.

First question - part # is different for sport and non-sport seats. How do I tell which seats I've got?

Second question - colors listed are oak and charcoal. My interior is very light gray - what is that in Toyota-speak?

Third question - any recommended, Tacoma World approved online vendors, perhaps forum sponsors to order this through? Or should I go to my dealer (40 miles away)?

d'oh! Found the part number on the old broken plastic piece. Non-sport seats, charcoal. 71812-04010\B.
