12 PreRunner SR5

I was doing some simple mods to my truck the other day ('12 PreRunner SR5) and I noticed that there is a harness of wires connected to the switch blank in between my usb/aux port and the 12v power supply just below the stereo. Any idea what these would be used for?

I think that's the a-trac button, some of the blanks come pre-wired from the factory.
