Check out some of the shit quality LED light bar group buys that have occurred on here within the last year. You really get what you pay for and that cheap Ebay LED bar won't hold a candle to Rigid. The cheap bars have proven to leak and discolor, also the light output isn't nearly as good.

If you're looking for a less expensive alternative, check out OKLED bars and Blitzpro. Both of them have a good track record with members here through multiple group buys.

Don't get too caught up on lumens... There's a lot more to GOOD light output than just lumens.

That eBay bar does claim a 3 year warranty which is impressive. Doubtful they'll be around to honour that warranty when it does break though.

How much was a blitz. I find with a lot of items like this Company's simply buy alot and put there names on them. Like when you see Snap-on at Costco.

I would say for the price, give it a shot. I just bought a pair of 6 LED pods from the Okledlightbars GB and couldn't be happier with them. They are the "cheap" equivalent to rigids dually2's. These things are super bright and seem pretty well made. And I paid $120 for the pairs versus $380 or whatever crazy ass rigid charges.

Agree with above. You get what you pay for. Sure they have 9000 lumens but they dont talk about the drivers at all or how efficient they are. 9000 lumens at 50% efficiency is only 4500 lumens.

DDM tuning has a pretty good warranty too, but you buy those HID kits cause they are cheap. I bet they have like a 30% return rate on their product, but they are so cheap they will keep warrantying them until the buyer decides they are not worth the hassle anymore. My $0.02

PS - I just bought a new Rigid 20" E-Series off of kijiji for a steal of a deal. It was new and in the box. Deals are out there...

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Biggest issue are the seals. Just take it apart and redo the seals with something that would last.

I originally bought a Rigid 10" SR Combo (spot/Flood). I was not that impressed with it. My 35W HID headlights washed it out, you could barely tell it was on. I did some testing without the headlights on..where I blacked out the spot or flood LEDS with electrical tape. When I blacked out the flood, you could not even tell the difference. When I blacked out the spot lights, the flood lights were about as bright as my DRLs(I am not joking). I removed it and never even used it. I am sure a 30" or 50" produces a light more light, but I am not going to spend over $1000 for offroad lights. I try to buy American, but MY wallet comes first.

I did some research lately and I discovered just about everyone of these imitation Rigid Lights you see on Ebay with no brand, or some popular vendors (OKLED) on TW, or "Cree" or another brand like Hanma....is made by Totron. I found 30" SR SPOT light bar on ebay from http://stores.ebay.com/eg-motor?_rdc=1 for $180(free shipping that came in 3 days from china! & this store had a 99.6% rating)...I got it and I was really impressed. I doesn't throw as far as my Hella 700 HIDs, but it fills in everything very nice. And by itself, this Spot LED is more like a "Eurobean" or narrow flood light. Says it is rated at 9000 lumens.

I was so happy with my Totron 90W single row, I just had to see how bright the double row is since it is suppose to be twice the lumens...and sure enough...it is twice as bright and fit perfectly under my grill guard. It is brighter and throws just as far as my 55W HID Hella 700s
It is the 32" 180W CREE SPOT (only)..I got it for $300, vs the $1200 for the comparable Rigid. Got it from the same ebay store. http://stores.ebay.com/egmotor/ that has a 99.6% approval rating. Says it is rated at 18,000 lumens

These LED lighst are real popular with the Razr & Can-Am ATV crowd...and many of their forums say They can see no difference in the beam/brightness from a Rigid to a Totron bar. They say the construction is virtually identical. Rigid claims they have better heat dissipation, but what does that matter when you are driving?

I have notice the Spot on these LED bars come in either 8 Degrees or 30 Degrees. I have the 8 Degree bar.
If I were you...go with the Spot or Combo.

If you end up buying a Totron bar off ebay, be careful. The first Gen do not have Cree Bulbs in them and are much cheaper, but look the same...be sure you are purchasing the second Gen with the "Cree" bulbs. There are some new 10W CREE bulb coming out, but those bars are slightly larger. So for every size light there is a much cheaper one that has the Epistar bulbs. I also read in my research...the 1st gen Totron light bars...the paint came off and exposed a copper color metal. They say the issue has been corrected on the newer versions.

To sum up..yes go for the ebay/Totron LED light bar.

I have a 40" bar mounted over the windshield from illumination supply. They offered a discount code on the group buy page on here and throws off an amazing amount of light. Same distance as my hella rallye 4000 pencil beams but with a lot more fill in being a combo lamp

Here you go OP http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/lighting/244444-led-light-bars.html A thread I started a while back with tons of people who have light bars. I have an OKLED so I'm a little biased, but I have seen others and for the price and quality, Chris's lights can't be beat. Unless rigid was the same price. (Yeah right!) And the link to his website is in my sig.
