I spent Sept 4 thru the 12 out roaming between the Grand Canyon and Utah. Stopped at Coral Pink Sand Dunes for a couple of nights. Got a lot of rain but did get a chance to test out the Cooper AT3s on the dunes.

The rain probably made a HUGE difference in the sand.

I would like to see it dry... specially if wet sand required 10 psi... it must be very soft sand!

I have the 275/70-17 cooper at3's on my Tacoma and run the MI silver lake sand dunes and I run 25-27 psi and can run very dry drifting sand, run through sanding water like it's not there, fresh snow, only hard pack snow slows me down.... Great all around tire...

Ok been out in some other sand dunes. At 20 psi run good. Never been stuck just need a heavey foot to keep going.
