Tacoma box dimensions

hi I recently purchased a used canopy for my 12 lb dc I was told it came off a 08 at first it seemed ok it fit well on the front and sides but the back door does not seal at the end gate properly . I'm wondering how many different box configurations there is I thought 05 to current were the same a my and all help is appreciated thanx

 

If it came off an 08 DCLB or AC it should fit

Sometimes you need to slide the cap slightly foward or back to line up the door and tailgate and some latching mechanisms have an adjustment as well

 

thanx oz it matches up real good at the front so I think the placement is fine the back door sits directly over the end gate I'm thinking it's for 1st gen but it fits quite well despite the back gate
