Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Question: How does one know a hub-centric versus lug-centric just by looking at them? Does AP even make lug-centric?

There is a lip for the spacer to be hubcentric...

How does one know which style is needed? Or which style will fit?

Not positive but I believe 2nd gen need hub centric and 1st gen can use either.

2nd gen's are hub centric along with the stock wheels but most aftermarket wheels are lug centric. IMO, if you are going to add spacers with stock or aftermarket wheels, hubcentric is preferred for strength since the weight is riding on the hub, not on the lugs. Sorry OP, not trying to thread jack or affect your sale, just answering some of the posters questions.

I have not heard back from the interested party that agreed to the price so these are still up for sale.
These are best suited for the older pickups and the first gens. Still work on 2nd gens though.
Keep in mind that if your aftermarket wheels are not hub centric then there is no point in getting hub centric spacers.

$160 shipped to the lower 48.
